At the end of the opening ceremony on September the 19th, (at 19:00) during the traditional exchange of postcards between the teams coming from different countries, a welcome dinner buffet will be held at the premises of the Sport Hall (the buffet is also for vegetarians). Handlers can participate with accompanying persons.

You can send an email by 10. 09. 2019 to: oec2019italy@gmail.com to make your reservation indicating the number of persons and their name. The cost is 15 € per person that should be paid directly at the venue of the dinner.
